Canvas
MUKEKE paintings are printed on a cotton canvas with a gram equivalent of 340g/m2
MUKEKE paintings are printed with the Giclée Printing technique, using a professional 8-colour ink Epson printer. The pictures are printed using a high quality archive ink, from digital bases in high resolution, directly onto the canvas. The Giclée Printing process provides the most accurate copies in colours, comparing to other reproduction technologies. The pigment inks used are characterized by significant pigment stability, and they guarantee the colour stability for over 100 years.
Lacquer
The picture, printed on canvas by the Giclée Printing method, has to dry minimally for a day. After it is perfectly dry, the picture is hand-covered with two layers of UV stable transparent lacquer that conserves colours without changing their shades. For MUKEKE pictures, we use a Swiss lacquer Lascaux Transparentlack 3 UV.

Frame
The printed and lacquered canvas is hand-stretched on a wooden frame with hinges. The frame is made from the spruce tree. Before using the frame, we dry it completely and stain it with a waterproof lacquer, so that it will not change its shape even under the extreme conditions.

Limited Series and Signed Copies
The Mission Works are printed exclusively in limited series of 10 pieces from each artist. Each copy is signed and numbered by an author.

Packing
MUKEKE pictures are carefully packed in bubble wrap and a cardboard case with a handle, so that it can be carried and transported safely.
